Sales and Catering
Meeting Room reservations and catering services are arranged
through our Sales Department. Food and beverage facilities
are convenient to each meeting room.
Meeting Facilities
Battlefield Inn maintains two elegant meeting rooms of various
seating capacities. Our guest rooms, catering services and meeting
facilities can accommodate convention, business meetings, seminars,
educational classes, and other events such as club meetings,
luncheons, office parties, birthday parties, reunions, receptions,
and formal banquet dinners.
Booking Requirements
Reservations:
Advance reservations are essential to reserve the date, time
and facilities for your function. Arrangements for overnight
accommodations for your guest should also be made well in advance
of the date of your function to guarantee availability of guest
rooms. All meeting rooms and catering service bookings require
specific deposits for the various services selected. These deposits
are payable upon the finalization of the booking arrangements
for your function. Guest room deposits are required upon confirmed
reservation of individual overnight accommodations.
Billing Accounts
A direct-bill account may be established in advance of your
booking by providing the following information:
- Bank name and account number;
- Contact person at bank and a telephone number; and
- One credit reference.
Deposit Requirements
- The meeting room fee is payable in full on the date your function is booked. This fee is nonrefundable.
- A 50% food deposit, based upon your estimated number of guests is payable 15 calendar days prior to the date of your function.
- Payment of all remaining balances and a guaranteed number of persons to be served are required 72 hours prior to the date of your function. This guaranteed number cannot be decreased, but may be slightly increased 24 hours prior to the function. Catering fees for any increase are payable at that time. Our catering service prepares enough food to accommodate 5% above the guaranteed number provided. The client is financially responsible for the guaranteed number of persons,
